  • Asrar Hayat holds a Master’s degree from Maastricht University, Netherlands 2016, and a Bachelor’s degree from Kuwait University.

  • Member of the Board of Directors of the “Kuwaiti Aviation Services Company” – Kasco – 2013-2014.
  • Member of the Board of Directors of “Tarasul” Telecom and “Diyar Al Kuwait Real Estate” 2009-2011.
  • Assistant Vice-Chairman of “Global Investment Company” 2006-2008.
  • She started as a computer programmer then was promoted gradually until she got to the position of assistant director of the Quality Management Department at “Kuwait Airways Corporation” 1993-2006.

Asrar has believed in the importance of civil societies & their rule in generating public policies and in participating in sustainable development goals’ achievements on local and national levels.
In addition to their role in serving the community.

Asrar is a co-founder of “Notek” a non-profit initiative, which aims to educate women about basic economic principles.
Asrar has worked in the government and private sector and held several leadership positions, she started at Kuwait Airways Corporation, and then she moved to the investment world by working in Global Investment House and at last she held a General Manager position of Tarsul Telecom, where the company was working in the communications’ sector. This is in addition to membership in several boards of directors, the most recent of which was a member of the board of directors of the Kuwait Aviation Services Company (KASCO). Asrar has accomplished good reputation in the market, due to her distinguished leadership and honest personality, as she undertook several important projects, in addition to her efficiency in extracting business from loss to profit through restructuring and new marketing strategies.
Asrar is a co-founder and the general manager of the AsrarAmar Consulting Company, which was established in the year 2019, as this company works in the field of consulting and training for the government sector and corporate.
